09/14/2015: MiddEval3-SDK-1.6
Changed sample run script alg-ELAS/run to use code/png2pgm to convert
from color to gray images instead of using ImageMagick's "convert"
tool, which had differing behavior depending on version and OS.
Added tool code/disp2pfm.cpp to provide an alternate method of
converting integer disparities to pfm format.
Updated code/imageLib to latest version.
Modified makezip to print cause of error if number format is wrong
(could be caused by missing program 'bc').
